What types of devices are used?
- Depending on the size of the legal entity, location, and specific needs, various types of printing devices are offered, including:

- By Paper Size: devices for up to A4 and A3 paper.
- By Type: single-function (printers) and multifunctional (printer, scanner, copier, fax) devices.
- By Output: monochrome (black and white) and color devices.
- By Technology: laser and inkjet (ECO) devices.
- By Condition: from the existing device fleet (refurbished) or new/unopened devices.
Which consumables and spare parts can be selected (service quality is the same regardless of the choice)?
- Original consumables as well as original spare parts

What solutions are available?
- Device leasing with remote monitoring and print volume tracking (primarily for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises).
- Device leasing with full remote software management and print optimization – secure print, follow me, budgeting, etc. (primarily for large enterprises).
What is the possible contract duration?
From “Print per day” to 60 months.
What types of contract models are available?
- Price per printed page (with a mandatory minimum monthly print volume).
- Monthly device lease + price per printed page.
- Monthly device lease with a specified mandatory monthly print volume + price per printed page exceeding the monthly mandatory print volume.
Is it possible to change contract models during the contracted period?
Yes, through an addendum to the contract, in cases of significant business transformations of the user that result in changes in printing needs.

What consumable delivery packages are available?

Are there any limitations?
Yes, the maximum monthly number of printed pages for the type of device used, as recommended by the manufacturer.
What happens if any of the devices exceed their "end of life" (recommended maximum total printed pages according to the manufacturer's guidelines) during the contracted period?
The device is replaced at no cost with a device within its “end of life.
What does the solution implementation look like?
The service department delivers the devices to the locations at pre-agreed times (usually 7 days after the mutual signing of the contract). The devices are set up in planned positions, installed, and connected to the computer network. The necessary software (monitoring or print management and optimization software) is installed and configured according to the user’s requirements. Each device and all functionalities are tested with the user, employee training is conducted, and practical basic instructions are provided.
Why isn't paper delivery included in the service?
Paper is a commodity whose price is determined on the market, and price fluctuations are frequent, unpredictable, and significant. Therefore, it is not possible to establish a price that will remain valid over an extended period of time.
What is MePS?
MePS, or Meteor Print Solutions, are customized office and/or corporate printing solutions tailored to the user’s needs, with maximum availability, print optimization, management, and control, ensuring maximum cost savings. MePS involves clear planning of device types, their positions in the working environment, maintenance model optimization, the proper choice of contract models (package selection), and solution planning in line with the user’s development plans.
What is the shortest response to all the previous questions?
The user only provides electricity and paper.
